Delivery Model

Because we have faith in the quality of TaurusQuest’s resources in India, we arrange for you to work directly with the service centres in India. TQ UK does not interpose a middle layer office in the UK.

By communicating directly with the staff who supervise your work in India you get a responsive service built on personal relationships as well as professional standards and procedures. Our UK based management is of course always available for consultation and problem resolution.

Although we often create bespoke delivery models for our clients, we also offer a standard delivery model. The following is the recommended standard method for transaction processing and accounting.

• We arrange to install a high-speed scanner in your premises, and get all business documents scanned and stored into a computer in your premises (usually in an off-the-shelf inexpensive document management system).
• Your accounting system is stored in a computer in your premises. You own and manage your own IT infrastructure.
• We arrange to connect your computers to the internet using your local ISP and install a suitable firewall. We can help you with the technology.
• We access your computer remotely from our service delivery centre, read the scanned images, process/archive the document images, and update the accounting systems.
• The reports you need are prepared and kept in a safe area for you in your computer

You do not change your current accounting system and processes. At all times your documents and data stay within your premises.  We do not house your accounting system or data in our premises.
