We have a multi-tier client engagement model
- The TQ UK executive will oversee the transition to India, monitor continuing performance and act as the client relationship executive for the duration of the relationship.
- TaurusQuest will provide a single point Programme manager at the service centre. The Programme manager is responsible for the delivery of the service, and continuous improvements in process effectiveness and people productivity. The Programme manager will maintain contact directly with you to discuss day-to-day performance and any operational issues that may arise.
- TaurusQuest’s professionals work on a “dedicated” basis. Clients work with the same person all the time. We believe this shortens communication channels, and the relationship established increases the effectiveness of the service. TaurusQuest staff are reachable by closed loop VOIP phones by dialling a UK number from your premises, and e-mail.
