Will Mathieson

Will Mathieson wholly owns TQ UK Ltd., an English company, and is on the board of TaurusQuest. He has a minor shareholding interest in TaurusQuest. More After training as a CA in Edinburgh, Will joined Royal Dutch Shell where he remained for 23 years. His career with Shell included senior Finance positions in Exploration, Production, Refining, Supply, Trading and Marketing, in the UK, Netherlands, Australia and the Middle East.

His recent assignments gave him experience off- shoring the Finance function, and he established a 400 person technology centre in India providing services globally to Shell. Will believes in the strategic advantage of outsourcing non-core activities and is dedicated to helping mid-sized UK businesses realise these advantages.

TR Santhanakrishnan

TRS is the Founder/CEO of TaurusQuest in India (whose services are marketed by TQUK in the United Kingdom). Prior to starting TaurusQuest, TRS was Global CFO of Sutherland Global Services Inc, a large size ITES provider in Rochester, New York. Earlier TRS was CFO of Sify Limited, a major player in India’s internet network space, listed in Nasdaq National Market in the United States. TRS raised over $ 250 million in successive public and private offerings for Sify as its CFO and took the company public in the United States.

Earlier TRS worked in various senior positions in Royal Dutch/Shell Oil Group. TRS is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost and Management Accountant (with J N Bose Gold medal for best performance in India) and holds a graduate degree in commerce from the University of Madras (with first rank in university)

Graeme North

Graeme North is an experienced operations manager of the mid and back office processes for the over the counter equity derivative market in London. Graeme has expertise in ISDA documentation, DTCC, and associated Management Information.

His experience in this area has spanned 15 years and included spells with Lloyds, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase and Nomura.

Graeme led the migration of the vanilla confirmations functions to Mumbai for JP Morgan Chase, including training the Mumbai team.

Dominic Whellams

Dominic joined TQUK in 2009, having previously been Director of Group Operations for Canto Corporate Systems in Chennai India.

Prior to this Dominic was the Director of Operations in Manila, Philippines for the Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), formerly known as The CGI Group of Companies. Dominic was responsible for all operations and technology management at DG3's offshore facility, which provided composition, SEC Edgar conversion filing, prepress and web development services to clients in North America, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo)

Dominic has specialised in the print publishing industry since 1988.

Peter Woodward

Peter joined TQUK in 2009. Peter is an English solicitor trained in private practice in the UK. His career has mainly been working as Senior International Counsel for multinational corporations in a number of jurisdictions.  He has a proven track record of establishing, training and coaching an international legal and compliance team operating in Europe, India and Asia Pacific. This included working for several years in India as general counsel managing the quality of legal work and providing culturally sensitive training, and extending the Indian staff’s capabilities and increasing efficiencies through document review management, intellectual property management, legal research and advice and preparation of standard legal documentation.
