Delivery Centres

TaurusQuest operates two modern accounting centres in Chennai, India. 

The  centres house 200 seats in 10,000 square feet of office space and provide a modern, healthy and pleasant working environment for the staff.

The centres have climate control, fire and smoke detection systems, and full power back up from two independent sources to minimize disruption in service. A third centre will open during 2010.

The centres are secure. Each centre is divided into three zones; reception, management offices and service delivery zone.  The service delivery zone is a restricted area with all entries/exits controlled, monitored and recorded. Recording mediums or devices (including USB flash drives, mobile phones with cameras, and CD/DVDs) are not permitted inside the service delivery zone.  Paperwork cannot be removed from the service delivery zone. A strict archiving policy is enforced.

The workstations have high quality computing and telecommunication equipment.
